We perform a review of the finance function for companies performing an overhaul of the function but lacking a comprehensive and detailed action plan.
The review consists of three stages:

• We perform a comprehensive review of all financial management areas, describe the AS-IS processes and identify key performance indicators;
  
• We compare the finance function As-Is with international leading practice and/or management expectations and identify material differences;
  
• We create a finance function development programme.
  

The review results in a long-term financial management development programme, which includes both qualitative and quantitative goals and strategic development projects aimed at attaining these goals. We provide cost estimates and deadlines for each development project and indicate the interdependence and sequence of project steps. The development programme enables a company to streamline internal initiatives and set common goals.
